What a certification actually tells you
A certification is an exam. It confirms someone knows how the platform works — the campaign types, the bidding models, how measurement is supposed to be wired up. That is worth having, and it is why the completion IDs are printed above rather than replaced with a generic badge.
What it does not tell you is whether the person can make an account produce customers. That comes from doing the work — in my case continuously since January 2008, across 8+ countries. The results and the writing are the better test of that.
